Cranberry and Copper Winter Editorial

Earlier this year I teamed up with a talented mix of folks to bring to life a rich, reinvented rustic vision dreamed up by Amy Champagne Events and captured by Charlotte Jenks Lewis. Inspired by vintage ski lodges and the classic copper cups of Moscow Mule fame, we got to work creating! The stationery is a mix of contrasting colors and textures where the invitation is laser etched on cognac colored leather. The enclosure cards are accented with copper leaf detailing and the outer envelope and liner bring in rich berry tones. Sara from Ink Revival adorned the envelope with her gorgeous calligraphy in copper ink. One of my favorite elements from the paper story is the welcome box. It features mini copper cups and all the ingredients needed to make Moscow Mules – and then some relief if too many Mules are consumed!

As with an actual wedding, the stationery set the stage for the “wedding” to come. Copper and leather elements are woven through the tablescape appearing as copper chargers and flatware and leather napkin rings and drum chandeliers. The rich berry tones and varied textures reappear in the gorgeous blooms crafted by Carrie Wilcox Floral Design. Head over to Style Me Pretty to see more details from the day and that ridiculously cute pooch! For a live action view, Will Talamelli Films captured the day with this clip.
